The DeCSS case is a blight on the American legal landscape. The thought that the DMCA could be upheld and the greedy bastards from the movie industry could prevail makes me ill. I certainly hope that the case finds its way to the Supreme Court and that DMCA is stuck down with fury, because I certainly can’t believe that it’s constitutional. Cases like this really make me wonder what the Hell is the matter with this country. (There’s also a ton of raw material over at 2600.com.)
