Rafe, there was no comment link on this old entry and I just stumbled across it when I Googled myself. Since it’s about me, I felt compelled to respond.
So, we actually had the same development editor (Rachel something) at Hayden/SAMS, and I was originally on the roster to co-write the book with you. I had to pull out for personal reasons, but I think Hayden/SAMS had already published the intended ISBN data.
Amazon works off of the ISBN data which is provided by the publisher, which was never changed.
So, no I don’t work at Amazon, and it wasn’t a major conspiracy to add to your book, It was just old data from the publisher. 🙂
