   You know, I almost think David Gergen on tonight’s PBS NewsHour meant this as a compliment:

   … [Bush & Rove’s] large enterprise was — political enterprise — was to do to the United States what they did to Texas, to transform the United States government…

   They did to the United States what Katrina did to Louisiana. It’ll take years to repair the damage.
