I love releasing as soon as possible. For quick fixes it could be minutes after a reported bug. For more invasive changes it might require a couple of days and more coordination. Recently due to staff cuts I've taken on more of the release part of the development cycle in addition to my other duties, and it's wonderful to be able to shorten the release cycle when it's appropriate.</p> Great list Rafe.
