How could I forget the Microsoft trial coverage in The Register? The archive page seems to be about a week behind the main Web site, there are lots of articles on the front page that aren’t listed in the archive yet.
Van Dyke Software is giving away their FTP client, AbsoluteFTP, to registered users of CRT, their telnet client. I’ve long sworn by CRT, and I’ve now replaced my former FTP client, FTP Explorer, with AbsoluteFTP, which is really nice. Almost as nice as something you’d get for the Mac.
