The DOJ has accused Compaq of sharing secret information about the BeOS with Microsoft. By the way, you can chalk up Compaq’s John Rose as another Microsoft witness who has hurt Microsoft more than he’s helped them.

Goto.com is suing go.com for trademark infringement … apparently El Raton Mickey ripped off Goto.com’s logo. You be the judge:

Followup on yesterday’s news: IBM isn’t running Linux and Apache for the Grammy Awards web site. They have a Linux box set up to redirect visitors from http://www.grammys.com to http://www.grammy.com automatically. They’re running Notes on the real site. Oh well.
