It looks like George Bush, Jr. can’t take a joke. Bush’s attorneys are trying to get the Federal Election Commission to force the guy who runs the spoof site to register as a political committee or take the site down. How about the third option, just hosting it in another country? By the way, how many people would have heard of http://www.gwbush.com if Bush’s henchmen didn’t make a stink about it?
Does anyone know what happened to PeterMe?
SGI seems to be making good on its commitment to Linux. Not only are they looking to hire Linux kernel developers, but they’re also making their XFS journaled file system technology available to Linux developers. They’ve already made the jump to the Wintel platform, I wonder if they’re looking for a real operating system to run on those fancy Intel-based workstations they’re making … you know, one that supports multiple users.
Have you been to Dave’s Personal Library Page? Unless Dave owns the copyright to all of his “personal resources,” he’s a thief. I take consolation in the fact that this lame jerk makes his money by teaching people how to use Microsoft products. The link to a page promising “Many reasons Microsoft’s NT is your business choice” is broken. There’s a surprise.
