After wandering through their site aimlessly for twenty minutes or so, I clicked on the Search link (not where the search engine for their support stuff used to be) and learned that you could restrict your search to “Support & the Knowledge Base.” Even so, it doesn’t let you narrow your search by product the way it once did. Damnation.
