Jon Carroll’s column today provides a pointer to plagiarism.org, and an anecdote about plagiarism to boot! I don’t know how much I trust the people who made the site though. They engage in a bit of spamdexing at the bottom of the page. I hope their service does work, because I find plagiarism to be one of the most revolting kinds of dishonesty you’ll encounter.


You would think that Jerry Pournelle, PhD would understand what the word “innovation” means, but he doesn’t. For the record, I despised Jerry Pournelle long before I read the pathetic straw man arguments he puts forth in his rebuttal of the findings of fact. (And here’s a free hint for readers who haven’t or won’t click on the link–bundling a calculator with Windows isn’t an innovation.)
