If it weren’t for the greedheads at the MPAA, RIAA, and other industry trade groups, we might never know how the Constitution applies to the online world. Fortunately, because these losers think that the laws of this country exist to protect their right to make money in every way possible, the courts get to hash out how far our civil rights extend. For example, if you’re not already doing usability testing on your site, you might benefit from reading Why You Only Need to Test With 5 Users. rc3.org Daily went through all of the usability testing I could afford under my project budget. In other words, I walked around my office and asked some people what they thought of the design.
