The Washington Post has a feature today on Ted Olson, the current solicitor general (and former right wing hatchet man). Olson’s office is taking charge of all of the terrorism cases in district court where the Bush administration is trying hard to demolish or ignore what are generally considered to be our civil rights. I can’t say that surprises me.
