William Saletan has a nice piece on Bush hypocrisy comparing his press conference on Monday in which he tried to dismiss all of the criticism of his past transactions as a Harken board member to his speech on Tuesday, when he fed us a bunch of crap about the importance of personal responsibility. It ends with a flourish:

Bush was elected on a promise to end the contradiction between presidential rhetoric and presidential rationalization. So far, all he’s done is change the subject from sex to money.
