  1. That Yglesias post has convinced me to give up on the scholarly book on money of Ferguson’s I’ve been reading. I knew when he made it clear that he thought the Thatcher government’s financial policies were great that I was going to have problems with him, but there’s really no reason to wade through 400+ pages of him.
